Why this exists

I'm Diego. After 20+ years in software, I ended up leading 12 direct reports, around 18 contractors and 6 product owners across several projects. I built this system for myself, because seeing everything written down brought the anxiety back to the ground. Now I help other technical leaders build theirs.
